Hannah is a former competitive swimmer and current swim coach who has a passion for helping athletes with their strength and mobility through teaching yoga. She focuses on helping athletes with recovery by hosting restorative yoga classes and mobility workshops.

Sean has been coached in tennis, basketball, football, and soccer, so it’s no surprise that he wants to share his knowledge with young athletes. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.
